These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vynoxsecurity.com (the “Site”), operated by Vynox Security (“Vynox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Pune, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to share information about Vynox's security testing services, including AI/LLM security testing, RAG pipeline security testing, AI agent security testing, web and mobile application penetration testing, and cloud security testing. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party.

2. Informational Content

Content on the Site — including blog posts, service descriptions, methodology overviews, and sample findings — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal engagement, scoping discussion, or written agreement with Vynox.

3. Security Engagements

Any actual security testing, penetration testing, or related services (“Services”) are governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or engagement letter between Vynox and the client. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only and do not, by themselves, constitute an offer or agreement to perform Services. Vynox will never test, access, or attempt to access any system without prior written authorization.

4. Booking & Contact Requests

If you submit a request via our contact form or book a call through our scheduling links (e.g. Cal.com), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make such a request on behalf of yourself or your organization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Vynox name and branding, and the look and feel of the Site — is owned by or licensed to Vynox Security and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling, or G2 for reviews). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
