Vynox Security (“Vynox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Pune, India, operates vynoxsecurity.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and the message or project details you share with us via the Contact page.
We do not collect payment information, account credentials, or other personal data through the Site beyond what you submit via our contact form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss potential security engagements
- Schedule calls or demos you request
- Send you information you have asked for (e.g. sample reports, proposals)
- Maintain internal records of communications with prospective and existing clients
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the Site and run our business. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments:
- Google Analytics — collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, browser/device type, approximate location via IP) to help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Cal.com— used to power our “Book a Demo” / call scheduling links. If you book a call, the name, email, and time details you provide are processed by Cal.com to schedule and manage that meeting.
- Email delivery provider— used to receive and route messages submitted through our contact form to our team's inbox.
4. Cookies & Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the Site. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the Site, though some analytics may be incomplete.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Client Engagement Data
This Privacy Policy covers data collected through the Site only. Any data, systems, or environments accessed during a paid security testing engagement (e.g. penetration tests, AI/LLM security assessments) are governed separately by the signed Statement of Work, engagement agreement, and any applicable non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between Vynox and the client.
8. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us, or to opt out of further communications. To make such a request, email support@vynoxsecurity.com.
9. Children's Privacy
