• Cal.com— used to power our “Book a Demo” / call scheduling links. If you book a call, the name, email, and time details you provide are processed by Cal.com to schedule and manage that meeting.
• Email delivery provider— used to receive and route messages submitted through our contact form to our team's inbox.

4. Cookies & Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the Site. These cookies do not identify you personally. Any data, systems, or environments accessed during a paid security testing engagement (e.g. penetration tests, AI/LLM security assessments) are governed separately by the signed Statement of Work, engagement agreement, and any applicable non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between Vynox and the client.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
